How it works:
Share our retreats or BYB holidays with everyone you know on social media or by word of mouth. If you need content to share on social media we can send you files, but better, is if you create your own offerings. Make a poster to put up in an office or your local shops and cafes. Or however you feel the best way to get the word out is. Once one of those people books with us then you receive either 10% of the price of their booking paid to your account OR 10% off the price of your own stay with us. This is comparable to most booking agents, but I would rather give the money direct to YOU!
This can include a booking when you come with the friend or partner sharing the room but you both have to book separately at the individual prices.
If someone you refer us to contacts me to make a booking they quote "LOTUSFLOWER(your name)" so I know who to contact to give the cash or discount to. This is a winning situation for all of us.

This year we would like to include an adventurous experience into your retreat in the form of horse riding on one of the stables near to our retreat place. we will offer a trek either morning or evening when we are not practicing our yoga. We are leaving this to the experts as we have no real experience with horses here, but you will be guided by one of our amazing guests who is very familiar with horses and works in that area or expertise in collaboration with a well-known stable owner. Alongside the horses we will of course enjoy yoga morning and evening most days taught by Wendy in line with the sun and the moon and eat incredible vegan food mastered by our very own Neil. A led hike with incredible views is also part of your adventure and working with the breath and meditation is also an important element of this retreat. **Deposits are non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled Summer is in the heart of Ibiza. Its the time when the island is at its busiest and most vibrant. Yes Ibiza can be crowded and hot. But here at the Lotus Pad we offer a retreat away from the busy-ness of the island and a chance to dive into deep yoga asana practices and begin a healing journey back to yourself in body and mind. We give you a place in the countryside to submerge yourself in yogic practices, yet still only be a short drive towards beaches and the hive of activity in markets and towns. The choice is yours. Stay quiet and reflective or head towards the beach and dive into the pristine waters around the island. You will receive the stimulus of learning and building on your practice whilst being nourished by local plant based food. And then to receive an incredible sound bath with our wonderful therapist, Amilde who will lead you into a deeply restful trance through the weaving of sound with bowls, bells, chant and songs from ancient tribes. Its a magical experience from a truly talented facilitator. To further nourish your body this year we are including an hour's massage with our talented massage therapist Jeanette who has a way of reaching deeper than muscles and tissues by using energy work whilst she massages. With this as our theme we will be practicing balancing sun and moon yoga which brings together the dynamism of a vinyasa practice followed by restorative practices with moon work. Our evening sessions will be focussed on breath, chanting, meditation and powerful tools for manifesting. We will enjoy breakfast every day and dinner 4 nights a week with one afternoon free. On the day of the equinox we will find a sunrise location for meditation and beach practice and a evening sunset picnic. The food in our retreats is predominantly plant based.
